This information includes the IP address, device identification data, browser properties, operating system data, language settings, referring URLs, duration of the visit and pages visited.

When using this information, we do not draw any conclusions about the users. However, we need this information in order to properly present the content on our website and to provide law enforcement authorities with the information necessary to prosecute in the event of a cyber attack.

Further statistical evaluations of the data collected in this way can only be carried out after the removal of any individual reference.

Our rights to do so is based, on the one hand, on our legitimate interest in operating the website (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR). On the other hand, with regard to the use of data for the purpose of transfer to law enforcement authorities, our powers are based on the obligation to provide information to law enforcement authorities in the event of a cyber attack (Art.6 (1) (c) GDPR).

The transfer of data to other parties only involves our hosting provider who manages the website on behalf of MS POS.

We plan to store the above personal data for a period of 7 days and then delete them.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (with anonymization function) on our website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Website analysis is the collection and analysis of data on the behavior of visitors to the website. As part of this service, data is collected, inter alia, about the website from which the visitor came (the so-called referee), which subpages were visited or how often and for how long a given subpage was viewed. This analysis is used to optimize the website as well as to analyze the costs and benefits of Internet advertising.

The operator of Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA (hereinafter: “Google”).

We use the extension “_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. With this extension, Google shortens the IP address of the user’s internet connection and anonymizes it if our website is accessed from the territory of the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to fulfill our legitimate interest in analyzing the flow of visitors to our website (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR). Google uses the data and information obtained on our behalf, inter alia, to evaluate the use of our website, to compile online reports showing the activities carried out on our website and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics installs cookies on the user’s computer. We will discuss in more detail what cookies are in section 7 below. The installation of cookies enables an analysis of the use of our website. Each time one of the individual pages of our website is called up, the Internet browser on the user’s computer is automatically prompted by the respective Google Analytics component to send data to Google for online analysis. As part of this technical procedure, Google obtains, on our behalf, knowledge of personal data, such as the user’s IP address, which is used by Google primarily to determine the origin of visitors and clicks.

The cookies store information relating to the person, such as access time, where the access was made, and the frequency of visits to our site by the user. Each time you visit our website, this personal data, including the IP address of the internet connection used, is transferred to Google in the USA. This data is stored by Google in the USA and, in addition, Google may transfer such personal data obtained through the technical procedure to third parties.

The data subject can prevent the installation of cookies by our website at any time, as explained in point 4, by appropriately setting the Internet browser used, and thus permanently prevent their installation. Such a setting of the internet browser would also prevent Google from placing a cookie on the user’s computer. Moreover, a cookie already embedded by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time using the internet browser or other programs.

In addition, the user has the option to object to the collection of data generated by Google Analytics regarding the use of our website and the processing of this data by Google, and to prevent such practices. For this purpose, the user must download and install the browser add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The installed browser add-on notifies Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data and information about website visits may be transferred to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-ons is considered an objection by Google. However, if after some time the user’s hard drive is deleted, formatted or reinstalled, the user must reinstall the browser add-on to disable Google Analytics. If the browser add-on is uninstalled or deactivated by the user, it can be reinstalled or activated.Jeżeli użytkownik uniemożliwi korzystanie z Google Analytics, jak opisano powyżej, nie wpłynie to na możliwość użytkowania naszej strony internetowej.

Further information and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html.

A more detailed explanation of Google Analytics is available at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.

We do not store any personal data collected using Google Analytics as the data is immediately anonymized by Google.

We do not provide personal data to other parties.

5. Google Maps

We use the Google Maps plugin on our website. Google Maps is operated by Google.

Whenever any of the individual pages of our website containing a Google Maps plug-in is called up, the Internet browser on the user’s computer is automatically prompted to send data to Google for the purpose of delivering the Google Maps plug-in. As part of this technical procedure, Google obtains knowledge of personal data such as the user’s IP address, which is used by Google primarily to determine the origin of visitors and clicks. The following data is transferred to Google: IP address, device identification data, browser properties, operating system data, language settings, referring URLs and geographic location data.

The purpose of the Google Maps component is to fulfill our legitimate interest in the use of interactive maps with a navigation function (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The user can prevent the automatic loading of website elements such as Google Maps by means of appropriate browser settings or plug-ins. If such settings or plug-ins are used, the Google Maps component will not be displayed, depending on the user’s settings, or will be displayed with the express consent of the user – only then will the aforementioned data be transferred to Google.

We do not store any person-related information within the framework of Google Maps.

We do not provide personal data to other parties.

Google Maps is solely responsible for any further data processing. The terms of use for Google Maps are set out in the Google Maps Terms of Use. More information can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Google Fonts

We use external fonts obtained from Google Fonts on this website. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google. Font integration is done through a server connection, usually a Google server in the United States. In this way, data on which of our websites the user has visited is transferred to the server. In addition, Google stores the browser IP address on the visitor’s end device.

The purpose of the Google Fonts component is to fulfill our legitimate interest in presenting our website in the selected layout (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR).

The user may at any time prevent the creation of an automatic connection by appropriate settings of the web browser used. You will still be able to use our website without the Google Fonts component.

We do not store any person-related information within Google Fonts.

We do not provide personal data to other parties.

For more information on the Google Fonts privacy policy, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain so-called Cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for that cookie. It consists of a character string through which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was saved. This allows visited websites and servers to distinguish the user’s browser from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. The web browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID.

The use of cookies serves our legitimate interest in ensuring the functionality of our website, continuously improving it and carrying out statistical evaluations (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR).

We do not pass on personal data from cookies to other parties.

You can prevent the installation of cookies by our website at any time by adjusting the settings of your internet browser and thus permanently prevent the installation of cookies. Moreover, already embedded cookies can be deleted at any time using the internet browser or other programs. This is possible with all popular web browsers. However, if the user blocks the installation of cookies in his web browser, not all functions of our website will be fully available.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

8. Contact form

We provide users with a contact form that can be used voluntarily. It is not necessary to use the form to be able to use our website. If the user uses the contact form, we will store his name, e-mail address and the content of the message. We will use this data to answer your query. By processing this type of data, we pursue our legitimate interest in responding to user inquiries and providing any additional clarifications (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). In addition, we are required to keep records on the basis of economic and tax law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

The data is transferred to our hosting provider who manages our website on our behalf.

We plan to store the above data for a period of 10 years and then delete it.

We do not intend to transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

9. User rights

Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 15-20 GDPR, the user has the right to request information about his stored personal data. The User also has the right to request the rectification of his personal data, their removal or limitation of their processing.

With regard to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you may object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons arising from your personal situation (Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

In addition, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the regulatory authority if, in his opinion, the processing of personal data violates applicable data protection law.
