Business Processes Automation

In response to the technological development of business process automation, we have expanded our offer with solutions based on Microsoft Power Automate.

Power Automate is a service that allows you to create automated flows between applications to sync files, receive notifications, collect data, and perform other activities. We can use the available templates and connectors to create flows and thus automate time-consuming manual processes.

In addition to creating standard flows, Power Automate allows you to create RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions – robotisation of processes enabled by UI Flows. This service allows you to handle both simple and complex scenarios by recording mouse clicks, keyboard usage, and data entry.

We can create two types of flows: Desktop or Web.

Desktop version maps actions on applications installed on our computer. It enables defining the input variables and with the use of process recorder, record all activities performed by us, saving them as subsequent steps of the flow. If the process requires it, we can define the output variables while recording it. The automat can then repeat these actions multiple times, allowing for integration with more complex flows.

The web version allows you to create a bot that repeats previously registered activities.

RPA processes can also be created in the WinAutomation tool, which allows the creation of more advanced bots. We can design a process from scratch (Process Designer), create a machine using a mouse and keyboard click recorder (Macro Recorder), or register our activities on a given website (Web Recorder). In this program, we have many predefined processes that we can use for creating our RPA. WinAutomation has a huge number of actions, from which we can program our bots. Apart from integration with UI Flows Winautomation also allows you create RPA for various functions: file creation in a folder, e-mail arrival, database monitoring.

Power Automate provides many benefits, including:

  • automation of repetitive processes
  • integration of complex systems
  • free up important resources by robotising time-consuming tasks
  • moving business data between systems on a schedule
  • identification of suspicious transactions and counterfeiting
